Our facility allows for full order processing, from enquiries through to order receipt by phone, fax or email, financial processing for priced products, fulfilment and invoice / despatch note production. Point of sale / promotional product fulfilment We manage a number of contracts storing and despatching point of sale and promotional items in the UK and abroad. We can store, manage and despatch any scale of order, carrying out production work as part of the process, such as glueing for POS stands, or kit collation. Shrinkwrap and polywrap services No matter what needs packaging, protecting or collating, we can shrink and polywrap in house. Complete fulfilment We offer a thorough fulfilment service that, where needed, can see calls relating to your products automatically patched through to our team designated for your call handling, with all the expertise needed to answer customer queries and fulfil the order accordingly. Kit collation Especially useful for import and export customers, we can break bulk, check for faulty or damaged products, collate and repackage items as required, despatching to your premises or direct to your customers. Competition prize handling / coupon redemption schemes We can store and despatch competition or coupon items, even facilitating designated PO box addresses and response handling services such as freepost and admail where needed. We also data capture the responses to maintain a database of claims so we can keep clients fully informed with reports.
