What defines our fulfilment is this - we aim to work as if we were you. To your customers calling or mailing to place orders, or ordering online through your e-commerce facility, we are you. And because we care about the service they get in the same way you do, we’re real sticklers for accuracy and customer service.
At Cambertown, our fulfilment is;
- Thorough - we hand pick and pack and have an additional ‘check’ stage to ensure everything is accurate;
- Integrated - fulfilment supervisors will see everything through and keep your account handler informed, so that you have a consistent point of contact;
Comprehensive - why stop at fulfilling orders when we could be attracting them? We offer e-commerce expertise that means you can take your sales offer to the web. We’ll build and manage the site, and store and fulfil all your orders, so everything is covered;
- Tailored - at the start of every fulfilment contract we take on, we develop a client-specific ISO compliant processing manual, so everyone involved in the job is aware of your specific requirements;
- Speedy - because we can store all your despatch items on site, we can fulfil orders quickly and efficiently;
- Under control - we use a bar code scanning system that means we can monitor and report on every stage of an order’s progress, should your customers require an update;
- Flexible and reliable - we’ll despatch in whichever way works best for you - by courier, by conventional mail, or our own in house fleet. Royal Mail collects at least twice daily from our loading bay, and we’re patched into courier tracking systems so that we never lose sight of anything;
- All in house...we don’t farm out any element of our fulfilment work - so as far as possible, right up to the point of handing items over for carriage, everything is completely within our control.
