| E-commerce at Cambertown doesn’t just mean the creation of an online shop. In effect, we build and run your online shop - all you have to do is keep the stock rolling in to us, promote your site and reap the rewards. Our Free-commerce online shop option allows your salesforce, agents, distributors or customers to securely log in and order your products, literature or merchandise without the payment processing element. Site build We’ll start at the very beginning if you don’t have a site, or we can build an online shop facility to link in to your existing site. Either way, we’ll design and build it in a way that sits comfortably alongside your existing web design, so the e-shopping experience is branded as your own. Site / stock management There’s bound to be times when you have new stock items to add, products to remove, or you want to refresh the site. We can take care of your web shop management, including hosting on our servers, so all those changes are just a call away. We could even collect new stock for storage in our warehouse. Order response handling Customers like choice, so you might want to give them the option of calling through orders to our call centre, instead of doing everything online. Alternatively, orders will come through your website to be picked up and progressed to our fulfilment teams automatically, quickly and seamlessly. Stock management We keep your site in touch with our stock management so that we know what’s available. That way, you can be informed of any need to re-stock well in advance of selling out. Plus we’ll tell you of items that are not moving so quickly, so you can adjust your stock buying or give the promotions an extra push in the right direction. Secure payment management If customers are reassured of the security of online ordering, there’s nothing to stop them e-shopping very happily. The e-commerce site will be SSL secured so they can be confident the payment process is safe. Storage and order fulfilment The best thing for our clients is that the whole online ordering operation is managed and fulfilled away from their premises - from building the site, right through to delivery of goods. Best of all, we’ll hold your stock here so it can be quickly despatched without taking up all of your floor space! Brochure fulfilment If on your e-commerce site users have the option of requesting a brochure, we’ll take care of that too, fulfilling requests for your brochure on the day they are received. All the paperwork... From the credit card transaction clearance, to despatch notes or invoices, to gathering receipt signatures and managing stock levels, you can leave all the paperwork and admin to us.
